Members, a school, a parish, an association or another local structure describes the need, who it affects and why it matters.
Turn the need into clear work
The intended outcome, scope, responsibilities and evidence needed for approval are set out before the initiative is presented publicly.
Bring resources and partners together
The community identifies what it can contribute and where technical, public, philanthropic or business support may be appropriate.
Keep the record connected to the work
Approved initiatives publish their status, verified progress and next responsibility in language the community and partners can understand.
