Every field note follows the same editorial structure so dates, stages and financial language stay consistent throughout the journey.
Acknowledgement with permission
Clubs and organisations are named according to their confirmed role — never upgraded from invitee to sponsor by assumption.
Reconciled numbers only
If an update includes money, it distinguishes pledged from received and identifies when the figure was last reconciled.
Publication standard
Nothing published just to look busy.
Field reporting is valuable only when visitors can tell what happened, where the information came from and whether any numbers are verified.
Checked first
Every entry has a date, location and responsible source before publication.
Approved media
Photographs and acknowledgements are used only with the required public permissions.
Reconciled figures
A click, enquiry, promise or pledge is never presented as money received.
