Why these records are needed
To process or follow up your support, help with payment questions, issue a payment record, reconcile collections and maintain an accountable campaign register. A pledge may be followed up using the contact details you provide.
Payment details
Payment methods are presented by Pesapal. This website does not request or store your mobile-money PIN or full card details. Your relevant contact and contribution information is sent to Pesapal when a payment request is made.
Access and publication
Authorised PCI administrators and finance personnel can access contribution records. The form does not publish your name or contact details. Public progress uses aggregate, reconciled figures. Separate consent is needed for public acknowledgement.
Questions and corrections
Contact PCI through its contact page to ask about your record or request a correction. Keep your contribution reference. The campaign team must confirm any retention or deletion arrangements that apply to financial records.
