Pamodzi's education work focuses on locally identified school needs, learning environments and the partnerships required to turn a defined priority into a deliverable project.
Faith and community infrastructure
Defined community-building needs can be supported through project-specific authorisation, direct beneficiary channels and reporting that continues until the work is complete.
Health and community wellbeing
The health pillar is designed around community priorities, practical health education and collaboration with appropriately authorised health professionals and public bodies. A community medical camp convened with the Rotary Club of Akright City and the Kasese District Health Office at Nyabirongo Health Centre III, Kisinga, on 10 June 2023, reached over 600 people with free consultations, screening and treatment.
Enterprise and financial inclusion
Community savings, financial literacy, peer support and enterprise development help members strengthen livelihoods while building the discipline needed for larger shared initiatives.

Beyond campaigns like Faith in Motion, Pamodzi has convened members and partners into legally distinct, member-owned platforms. These are savings, investment and enterprise structures — not donation channels — governed and financed by their own members.
Pamodzi 4 Development (P4D) — Kasese District
A community-driven platform bringing together 55 committed members around collective savings, an internal lending mechanism and mutual support for business, agriculture, education and household needs.
Udada Women Entrepreneurs Network — Wakiso District
A network of 50 women entrepreneurs within Akright City, built around enterprise financing, business networking and peer support for women's economic empowerment.
TBS Meridian Realities LLP
A member-owned real estate investment platform mobilised with 16 investment partners, with holdings already established in hotel suites and condominium units.
Business Legends Group (BLG)
A regional private investment initiative expanding hospitality and commercial ventures across East and Southern Africa, in partnership with Bloktavia Estates.
